Capitol Hill Management Services (CHMS) is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. 

​

Position Summary:

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will answer and direct phone calls for clients and assist professional staff of Association Managers and Meeting Planners with administrative projects.

​

The Receptionist reports to the Vice President of Administration.​

​

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Answer and route phone calls

  • Retrieve and distribute electronic faxes

  • Sort and distribute mail

  • Assist Association Managers and Meeting Planners with assigned administrative projects

  • Database entry

  • Coordinate mailings/shipping

  • Provide assistance to callers and visitors

 

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and ability to multi-task

  • Experience answering multiple phone lines

  • Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Database experience preferred

  • Customer service
